Media coverage, 10 Jan.

BBC: Ben Ali condemns 'terrorist' unrest. Hoo boy... you know where this is going now. Anyone caught as part of this will be treated as a terrorist. If you find U.S. treatment of actual terrorists a bit unseemly, you'll be able to picture something orders of magnitude worse in undocumented Tunisian interior ministry prisons.

WaPo: Tunisia summons US ambassador over riot comments. If the Tunisians are shocked, SHOCKED! by America's milquetoast 'let cooler heads prevail' statement... then, wow.

AFP: EU condemns Tunisia crackdown
Foreign Policy: Excellent piece contextualizing events in late December. Written 1/2/11.
Le Monde: Background on the hacking attacks and cyberwar.
